✦Seven-Star Breath
Take seven slow breaths. With each breath, name one quality you want to cultivate: clarity, courage, patience, compassion, creativity, truth, and grounded action.
◎Blue-Light Visualization
Imagine a calm blue light above you. Let it symbolize spacious awareness rather than supernatural certainty. Breathe slowly and notice the body.
☾Night-Sky Observation
Spend ten quiet minutes outdoors. Identify what you can actually observe, then separately record the meanings and feelings the experience evokes.
Guided journey to the Seven Sisters
Sit comfortably and allow your breathing to become natural. Imagine a dark, clear sky opening above you. Seven points of light appear—not as authorities, but as mirrors for seven inner capacities.
Move slowly from one light to the next. Ask: What requires clarity? What requires courage? Where is patience needed? What would compassion change? What wants to be created? What truth is ready to be acknowledged? What grounded action can begin today?
Return your attention to the room. Feel your feet or the surface beneath you. Write down one concrete action before interpreting the experience further.
Meditation is a reflective practice, not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Stop if a practice feels destabilizing and return to ordinary grounding activities.
